Senior Paralegal - Hybrid Remote
Global law firm seels a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to support their practice group. This remote position requires proximity to one of the following offices: Phoenix, New York, Washington DC, Short Hills, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Baltimore, Northern Virginia, Wilmington, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami, Raleigh, Seattle and/or Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, coordinating with various parties, and compiling and analyzing information.
Support case and matter-related duties, coordinating with attorneys, clients, and others.
Develop, monitor, and update legal documents and checklists.
Research, prepare, and file UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, and manage data rooms.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 6 years’ experience as a Corporate paralegal
- Experience with entity formation and qualification
- Experience with transactional closings
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Requirements:
- Emerging Growth and Venture Capital experience
- Blue Sky research skills
- Large firm experience
- Private and public company experience
- Experience with electronic ownership and equity management platforms such as Carta and Shareworks
- Experience with DocuSign or similar technology
Desired Skills:
Proficiency with Blue Sky
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of work and assist attorneys across the firm.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and legal software (Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw).
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal certificate.

Produce high-quality work and meet deadlines.
