Seeking experienced Sr Corporate Tax Accountant
Hybrid in Torrance, CA - 3 days onsite. Flexible schedule (can select schedule start time from 7am-9:30am).
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Corporate federal and state income tax experience with mid-large size companies required
+ Experience with Tax provisions, ASC 740
+ Big 4 experience or large public company/CPA firm experience
Job duties:
The Sr Tax Accountant supports all aspects of the tax department functions, including preparation and review of tax returns, tax provision, indirect tax filings, and research tax laws and regulations.
+ Prepares and reviews workpapers for corporate federal, state and local income tax returns.
+ Assists with the preparation and review of interim and year-end tax provision workpapers.
+ Reviews and facilitates the monthly sales and use tax returns filings with Avalara.
+ Performs monthly tax account reconciliations and journal entries.
+ Performs additional duties as assigned.
