Due to our continuous expansion, we're seeking talented individuals to strengthen our team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative at our current Brockton, MA location which will be moving to a more modern facility located in Stoughton MA by year end.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain ownership of all client communication and service responsibilities.
- Develop new relationships as key accounts.
- Provide dedicated and complete customer service supporting new sales.
- Process quotes, place orders, expedite backorders, and maintain customer portals.
- Track customer interactions and ensure schedules are met.
- Analyze and present data on sales, trends and customers as needed.
- Coordinate to deliver quality customer experience to accounts assigned.
Skills/Qualifications Needed:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
- Business acumen with experience in technical product sales.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing-related industry.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of key business metrics and ability to report on metrics.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Available for occasional business travel when needed.
- Bilingual, Spanish a plus.
