Position Description:
The Sr. Customer Support/Account Representative will handle incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries regarding Client accounts. This role requires responding with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. The representative will provide functional support for Clients Cash Management products and services, the Client Online platform, the mobile app, and general account or financial inquiries. Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, career ambition, and a commitment to delivering World-Class Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries regarding Client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide support for Cash Management products and services.
Assist clients with the Client Online platform and mobile app.
Address general account and financial-related questions.

Multi-task effectively and adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
