Sr. Data Analyst - Ceres Global Ag Corp.

The successful candidate will focus strongly on leveraging business intelligence, data visualization, and Power BI to generate insights to support the business in making informed decisions across our global network.

The candidate will work under light supervision with latitude for independent judgment. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND NOT LIMITED TO:

• Collaborate with business partners to define business needs, articulate business and research questions, and find relevant data sources.
  • Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Query, transform, and clean data from a variety of sources.
• Create and optimize reports based on business requirements.
• Perform data checks.
• Maintain and create Power BI to build dashboards and reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to data practices and workflows.
• Regularly communicate project status, roadblocks, along with your ideas.
• Work across teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver timely solutions, with the flexibility to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Required
  • BA or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of data query and visualization experience with increasing responsibility
  • Must have problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Must have strong prioritization skills and the ability to multitask across various projects.
  • SQL Query, data mapping, Power BI, Dashboard, DAX
• Preferred
• R, Python, PowerShell, Programming (C+/++;Java; etc.); Azure DevOps (Pipeline, ADF, Security; GIT, SSRS)
