Sr. DataStage ETL Developer - Aloden LLC

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)

Candidate Preference: Local to Richmond, VA, or willing to relocate.

Must-Have Skills:

• IBM Infosphere DataStage: Advanced skills in IBM's Infosphere DataStage product line
• Database Development: Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server Database Development
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Data Integration: Background in data integration between business systems
• Data Modeling & Analysis: Experience with requirements analysis and data modeling

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Agile/Scrum: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Web Services & Integration: Background in web service development (IIB and/or ADF)
• Other Data Integration Tools: Experience with SSIS, Azure Cloud, ADF, and other data integration tools and techniques (IIB, MFT, web services, messaging, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM Infosphere DataStage
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures in Oracle and SQL Server
• Collaborate with business users and developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform data analysis, modeling, and mapping
• Build interfaces between various business applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data warehouses
