Sr. Desktop Support / IT Asset Management - Irvine Technology Corporation

Position: Sr. Desktop Support / IT Asset Management

Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite M-F)

Duration: 6+ month contract, ideally Contract to Perm Full Time Hire

Hourly Rate: 22/hr to 28/hr (slight flex based on experience)

Must Have: PXE Boot with SCCM, IT Asset Management experience, and Desktop Support.

What You Will Do:

• Image computers (PXE boot with SCCM imaging).
• Ship equipment, e.g. laptops and monitors, to new hires.
• Validate functionality of computers for possible use.
• Deploy onsite equipment.
• Provide light desktop support.
• Replace printer toner.
• Troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide end user support.

• The blend of IT Support and IT Asset Management experience.
• PXE boot and SCCM for imaging - open to similar technology experience.
• Experience with equipment refresh and data transfer.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with imaging computers.
• Experience with troubleshooting equipment.
• Experience with video conferencing is a plus.
• Ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Has good attention to detail and good work ethic.
• Punctuality and reliability.
