- Takes ownership of development activities from inception through completion
- Write high-quality code
- Agile development requiring continuous integration
- Adhere to established design principles
- Own introduction of new technologies and techniques
- Build applications on AWS cloud platform using Microsoft .NET micro-services, Building Progressive Web Applications, architecture and AWS services
- Prepare automated builds for software deployment
- Interact with offshore development
- Maintain production systems
- Manage software changes adhering to the development lifecycle
- Partner with line-of-business, stakeholders and other technology teams
- Manage multiple tasks
- Actively learn, mentor and grow
- Minimum 7+ years of active development experience (Required).
- Design (Preferred): UX Design, Design Thinking, Design Systems, A/B testing, Pixel Perfect Design.
- Data modeling (Preferred)
- Open-source technologies (Required) 5+ years of active development experience.

- Microsoft Technologies (Required): .NET Core, EntityFramework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC 4.0+, Azure DevOps(okay).
- Amazon Cloud Technologies (Required): RDS MS SQL Server, NoSQL Data Stores, S3, DynamoDb, ElastiCache, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, SES, Lambda, API Gateway.
- ReactJS (Required): 5+ years of active development experience.
- Razor/Blazor (Preferred) 1+ years of active development experience.
- CI/CD pipelines: GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Unit Tests, CodeDeploy, Fastlane
- Principles & Design: SOLID code principles, RESTful Web API design, GraphQL, JavaScript frameworks, OWASP web security, test automation, continuous integration, load, and performance testing.
- Enterprise Integration (Required): Messaging and event-based integration (Twilio preferred).
- Business Rules Engine (Optional): JBoss BRMS, or commercial rules engine.
- Microsoft Workflow Foundation.
- IBM Watson Machine Learning (Preferred)
