About The Role:
The Senior Director for Accounting Service Delivery manages financial operations and reporting for Property Management Accounting (PMA) teams in the US and India. They are the main contact for Accounting Leadership, ensuring smooth execution of financial processes, handling client concerns, and leading cross-continental service delivery. This role includes people and budget management and ensuring consistent service excellence from multiple locations.
What You'll Do:
+ Supervise the end-to-end delivery of financial operations and reporting services. Ensure processes are streamlined, accurate, and delivered on time, meeting client and internal expectations.
+ Ensure smooth and cohesive service delivery managing cross-continental operations. Drive initiatives to optimize operational processes, ensuring alignment the transformation lead and platform.
+ Serve as the key liaison for regional communications. Maintain regular communication, provide updates, and address operational challenges to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
+ Establish and maintain clear communication channels to ensure consistency in performance and service standards across both regions.
+ Lead the management of concerns while resolving issues in a timely manner and maintaining strong client relationships. Conduct proactive market outreach to understand client needs and align service delivery with evolving expectations.
+ Manage the financial performance of the service delivery function, overseeing budgets and P&L to ensure efficient operations. Monitor financial performance metrics and make strategic adjustments to optimize profitability and efficient allocation of resources.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop teams across geographies, ensuring high engagement and alignment with the organization’s goals. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
+ Develop and implement performance management tools to monitor the quality and efficiency of service delivery. Ensure critical metrics are met and reported to senior leadership on a regular basis, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

+ Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
+ 10+ years of experience in service delivery management, financial operations, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
+ Extensive experience managing service delivery across multiple geographic locations. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and financial reporting tools.
+ Consistent track record with handling partner concerns, build strong client relationships, and lead market outreach efforts. Ability to lead sophisticated, high-priority projects across multiple time zones.
+ Strong financial competence handling budgets and Profit and Loss responsibilities.
+ Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross-continental teams.
+ Strong communication and partner management abilities, especially in looking after senior executives and clients.
