Directs the organization's operations function and develops operational programs, policies, and processes.You WillOversees the development, installation, testing, and modification of HRIS systems.Assesses organizational needs and current HRIS systems, evaluates potential and existing vendors, and selects and oversees development and implementation of improvements or new systems.Defines standard reports or queries, and creates custom queries on an ad hoc basis.Establishes strategies for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.Ensures that system documentation or training are accurately updated and maintained.Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management
Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.Oversees recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for business execution and identifies opportunities for improvement or efficiencies
Develops strategies meant to assist the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible.Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities
Evaluates and recommends changes to policies or procedures.Has extensive experience with the concepts and principles of one or more related fields or departments.Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.Other duties as assigned.Your QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred7-10 years of related experience5 years of leadership experienceCertifications deemed to be reasonable to function at this levelAbility to develop and mentor others.Oral and written communication skills.Problem/Situation Analysis.Conceptual thinking skills.Decision-making skills.Leadership skills.Ability to drive strategic direction.Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.Analytical thinking skills
