Position Title: Senior Director, Infrastructure
Location: Washington, DC
Hourly Rate: $80-100hr
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced technology leader to manage our engineering team and drive key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in a Microsoft technology environment, along with a solid understanding of various technologies and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Mentor and develop a team of engineers.
· Oversee the design and execution of technology initiatives.
· Manage recruitment, performance evaluations, and team development.
· Create and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of technology systems.
· Architect scalable solutions and manage cloud infrastructure.
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues across platforms.
· Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
· Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
· Manage the technology budget and ensure compliance with standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
· 10+ years in technology management and leadership.
· Familiarity with networking and cybersecurity frameworks.
· Expertise in database technologies and cloud services.
· Proficiency in Microsoft tools and platforms.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· Experience with broadcast technologies and automation is a plus.
