Sr. Director of Accounting at KBW Financial

VC backed software company is seeking a Senior Director of Accounting to add to their growing team. This role will report directly to the CFO and lead the GL close, AP/AR, Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Controls, Audit, M&A, and FP&A support. We are targeting candidates with 10+ years of experience, ideally within a VC or PE backed SaaS model. CPA and public accounting experience is highly preferred. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the GL close process
• Manage AP and AR
• Quarterly and yearly financial reporting
• Lead Technical Accounting oversight
• Support M&A due diligence and integration 
• Business Partner to other divisions within the company
• Other ad hoc projects with CFO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA and public accounting experience 
• 10-15 years of experience
• Experience in the software / SaaS industry preferred
