The Senior Director of Product Management for Credentialing will lead the development and execution of product strategy for CHG's OneView software products. CHG's OneView is an industry-leading credentialing SaaS platform designed to streamline and simplify the process for providers and healthcare organizations. OneView is sold as software solution for external healthcare organizations and also used as the platform for CHG's internal provider credentialing process as part of its core staffing business.
The Senior Director will lead and develop a team of product managers to execute the vision and roadmap for a portfolio of OneView products. He/She will demonstrate and elevate the team's abilities in focusing on customer's needs, understanding the market and delivering winning product outcomes that ensure OneView is a competitive advantage for CHG and market leader.
The Senior Director will need to work with many stakeholders and drive change management and process re-engineering efforts to ensure the adoption, utilization, and sustainment of the product portfolio. The candidate is a business leader with a strategic perspective, business judgement, and extensive digital experience who can effectively lead product teams/squads to drive change and deliver outstanding software products and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a highly innovative and inspiring product vision, strategy and roadmaps that not only align with but also significantly advance the enterprise's overall mission and objectives.
- Coach your team to build enterprise-level products using product management skills including discovery, design, analytics, product strategy, roadmaps and development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Work to understand our customers' problems, define the correct priorities to tackle and bring product features to the market to address them.
- Leverage exceptional strategic thinking and visionary leadership skills to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, and to drive the growth and success of the company's products by developing and executing comprehensive product strategies that outpace market trends and competitors.
- Ensure strategy, roadmaps and outcomes for the business are understood and internalized by all.
- Demonstrate effective team leadership by setting clear expectations and standards and hold the team accountable to meeting those expectations and standards.
- Ability to influence stakeholders - this involves motivating and building consensus within your team, as well as collaborating with and getting things done through others who may not be under your direct supervision.
- Coach and mentor Product leaders / managers on developing Objectives and Key Results for your product and/or portfolio that align to, and support, enterprise objectives.
- Attract and recruit top talent, motivate the team, delegate effectively, celebrate diversity within the team, and manage performance - you are widely viewed as a strong developer of others.
Qualifications:

- Product strategy and roadmap development - Strong product development experience and ability to implement strategic roadmaps, ensuring consistent execution and optimizing business value.
- Driving outcomes - Maintain a focus on planning, executing, analyzing, and adapting based on feedback to ensure the delivery of value and business impact. Utilize data to inform decision-making throughout this process.
- Alignment and evangelism - Championing and enrolling others to advocate for the product, the value and positive impact to the users and the company overall.
- Communications - Ability to communicate and operate effectively at the leadership level and build relationships across all layers of the organization.
- Relationship building - A track record of establishing and maintaining relationships across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Leadership and team development - A proven leader of people, with a track record of training and developing teams of product managers and instilling product management discipline.
Education and Years of Experience:
- BS/BA preferred in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science, or a related field), but relevant professional experience accepted.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field
- 5 + years in a people leadership role
Preferred:
- Experience working in large-scale, technology-enabled healthcare services businesses.
- Experience in B2B SaaS development.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $160,600 -- $347,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
