Job Duties
•Manage and drive the Maximus Go To Market approach for productized service offerings including professional and managed service components
•Drive the vision and strategy for the company's service offerings including cloud, .
•Define the roadmap for each service offering.
•Lead the team that drives the process for defining, developing, and launching service offerings (includes platforms).
•Work closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
•Ensure that the offerings meet the needs of customers and the company's business goals.
•Collaborate with market growth teams and work with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
•Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Cloud and emerging technologies.
•Coordinate with Marketing to develop and execute service offering marketing plans.
•Track and measure product performance.
•Work with the engineering team to ensure that service offering platforms meet quality standards.
•Oversee the service offering launch process.
•Manage the service offering management team's performance.
•Work with other departments to ensure that products and services (offerings) are aligned with the company's overall goals.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
•Define service offering and product requirements and specifications.
•Develop offering prototypes and test plans.
•Launch and manage service offering marketing campaigns.
•Track service offering performance and make necessary adjustments.
Education & Experience:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, preferred field of study in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience
•At least twelve (12) years of experience directly guiding, mentoring and leading product management or go-to-market efforts
•Proven track record of success in leading and managing product teams.
•Proven experience communicating with non-technical business stakeholders, with the ability to interact and foster a high-performance team environment
•Demonstrated and thorough understanding of the current industry technology landscape
•Experience with FedRAMP platforms
•Strong understanding of Cyber, Cloud, and AI/ML technologies.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Passion for product management.
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation and product management support, including managing change requests, maintaining product backlog, minimizing customization requests and representing the voice of the internal customer.
- Establish operational objectives, work/project plans, identify and assign resources to meet requirements and deliverables
- Serve as Subject Matter Lead, responsible for the most up to date product knowledge and uses
- Identify market opportunities, build business cases, prioritize and define product vision and strategy.
- Direct the analysis & design phases of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Prepare, monitor and oversee budgets and KPIs
- Oversee resource planning and administrative duties required for product management oversight.
- Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
- Identify, remain current and expand product knowledge beyond current state with the goal of offering the best product solutions to the organization and external clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
