ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Director, US Adult Comirnaty Access and Operations Lead is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and methodical detail-oriented colleague. This role will report into the Vice President, US Adult Comirnaty Lead. This leader will be responsible for managing a team of five colleagues at the Director/Manager levels.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team accountable for brand access and operations; partnering closely with finance, manufacturing, access, marketing, contracting, and sales to ensure seasonal launch readiness and drive the development of access strategies.
- Lead business operations processes such as seasonal launch management, long-range forecast, operating plan, tactical plan, performance analytics, and supply planning.
- Provide leadership over the US seasonal launch plan and drive cross-functional scenario planning and readiness
- Lead the distribution and supply allocation strategies and policies
- Lead the G2N channel analysis and promotions
- Lead the evolution of the Reservations system
- Manage the overall Brand OPEX budget and provide recommendations for resource optimization
- Select, coach and develop a high performing, engaged team and proactively build a strong team dynamic and culture.
- Articulate launch metrics and business performance updates for senior leadership; develop mitigation strategies if necessary
- Lead competitive readiness, partnering closely with sales and access to segment the market and operationalize initiatives to maintain Market Share
- Collaborate with the Global PGS team to ensure appropriate alignment; partner with Brand Leads and sales force training to effectively leverage resources.
- Work with Global Commercial Development and global marketing teams to develop the strategy and shape the US launch readiness plans for key pipeline vaccines
- Continually assess overall US pipeline portfolio needs to ensure work is meeting most urgent business needs as priority and timelines shift in the development planning
- Develop and ensure alignment for long range forecasts of all late stage products.
- Actively contribute as a member of the US Comirnaty leadership team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA and 15+ yearsrelevantexperienceOR Advanced degree and 13 yearsrelevantexperience
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams
- Ability to bring strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level; results-oriented
- Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated effective decision-making
- Financial expertise to be able to build revenue forecast scenarios and plan associated commercial model implications
- Excellent critical thinker and ability to lead process and change management
- Strong familiarity with US marketing landscape including HCPs, Medical Groups / Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Retail, Payers, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Physician Buying Groups (PBGs)

- Advanced degree
- Prior commercial experience including US vaccinesexperience

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Travel may include customer visits and sales meetings. May need to assist/respond to Senior Leadership requests and questions off hours.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,300.00 to $318,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
