Your Responsibilities Will Be:
In this role, you'll take charge of designing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining high-availability enterprise solutions, leveraging industry best practices with MS Azure and Microsoft 365. You will oversee proactive system administration, technical tuning, uptime monitoring, and automation to ensure optimal performance. Your responsibilities include provisioning infrastructure as code using Azure CLI, PowerShell, and ARM templates, as well as managing Azure DevOps repos and branch policies. You’ll build and configure development tools to enhance automation and streamline code deployment, focusing on Azure operations and application setup.
As the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving issues, you’ll determine workarounds or escalate when necessary. You'll manage and configure Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices, and troubleshoot infrastructure and software applications to guarantee system stability.
Your role also involves defining and implementing configurations for Azure IaaS and PaaS services, ensuring high availability, data redundancy, and resilience per industry standards. You’ll work to secure cloud architecture by overseeing data security, application security, and identity management through tools like Azure VNets and NSGs. Additionally, you'll administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and group policies.
You'll help develop and monitor cloud environment policies, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and data accuracy standards. Beyond this, you'll manage system upgrades, software patches, and server installations, both on-premises and in the cloud. Working with third-party vendors, you'll ensure projects stay on budget and schedule. Your role will also include documenting processes for compliance, communicating across the organization, and adhering to IT and information security policies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA) in Computer Science or related field from four-year college or university; or at least ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a cloud computing environment.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing an enterprise-level tenant in Microsoft Azure, with multitenant management experience preferred.
Senior level Windows Server administration and management experience required. Linux Administration experience a plus.
Knowledge of and experience with Azure CLI PowerShell and ARM templates.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant enterprise-level cloud management experience.
Background in designing and analysis of Cloud Security models.
Experience with Azure DevOps configuration and management.

The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job. Visits to our manufacturing facility and suppliers’ facilities is required to monitor active projects and address design issues.
