Engineer - Cost & Growth
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Duration : 3 month contract to hire
Rate Range: $45-55 an hour (based on skill level and experience)
Position Overview:
As a member of the Power Generation Division's Cost and Growth team, you will be a part of investment decision-making process
The Cost and Growth teams primary objectives include the following:
Cross-functional collaboration with various subject matter experts across engineering, development, supply chain, legal and project valuation will be critical to success.

As a member of the Power Generation Division's Cost and Growth team, you will be a part of investment decision-making process
The Cost and Growth teams primary objectives include the following:
- Build accurate, reliable and timely operations and maintenance (O&M) forecasts to evaluate bid opportunities for both new build and M&A projects
- Identify, communicate, and seek mitigation for technical and operational risk exposure in Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
- Support O&M Services Agreement offerings for third-party owned sites
Cross-functional collaboration with various subject matter experts across engineering, development, supply chain, legal and project valuation will be critical to success.
We are seeking a motivated individual with the following characteristics:
- Blend of technical and commercial/financial experience
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate through written, verbal and presentation forms
- Experience building and managing dynamic MS Excel models
- Strong project management skills
- Consistently demonstrates ability to train and mentor team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with regular exposure to Senior Leadership
