- Serve as a business and technical representative in cross-functional meetings, advocating for the department’s requirements and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Analyze and document current-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive future-state recommendations.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
- Support the implementation and optimization of processes and systems that impact product data management, order configuration, and fulfillment technologies.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and business reviews with stakeholders to ensure clarity and agreement on objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for the Director of Fulfillment to ensure that business priorities are represented in project discussions.
- Assist with testing and validation to ensure business and technical solutions meet documented requirements.
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience business process analysis, systems documentation, and requirements gathering.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
- Intermediate understanding of Seshat, SoftwareHouse, FSSET, COMSAT, and MakeOrder, with the capacity and motivation to develop expert-level proficiency over time.

- Proven ability to represent both business and basic technical requirements effectively in cross-functional settings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
