Sr. Executive Assistant - Red Lobster

Senior Executive Assistant will provide support for the Chief Executive Officer.  They will act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including restaurant operators, vendors, and other Support Center departments, gathering and relaying information as needed.  They play a critical role in supporting by managing their schedules, communication, and various administrative tasks, to include both domestic and global travel. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handles information in a confidential manner while demonstrating caring and professionalism with all levels of the organization. 
• Provides general administrative support with minimal supervision.
• Coordinates and arranges scheduling of calendars, meetings, interviews, travel, accommodations, transportation and supports with any technology needs.  
• Screens all incoming calls and correspondence, responds in a timely manner exercising good judgment to interpret requests and distribute information appropriately. 
• Excellent level Power Point skills to prepare presentation materials for high-level internal and external presentations. 
• Maintain paper and electronic document files, records, and reports. 
• Manages special projects as requested.
• Take personal ownership of tasks to ensure all issues are addressed with care, in a timely manner through resolution.

Required Experience and Technical Skills: 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while using sound judgment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Expert with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Required to work in the office 5 days a week. 

Required Education Level:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
