Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday- Friday; Hours will vary.
• Location: Downers Grove, IL -  Hybrid

The Senior Financial Analyst will ensure that Duly Health and Care makes informed data driven decisions. Your work and recommendations, whether it's monthly and annual reporting, modeling business scenarios or developing and tracking performance metrics, will be used by our leadership team to make strategic company decisions. While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big picture challenges.

The Finance team provides in depth analysis on strategic and tactical decisions across Duly healthcare services products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to developing financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to our operators and investors.

The position will prepare you for roles in operations with direct P&L responsibility and/or finance roles of increasing responsibility in fast paced, private equity backed healthcare companies.

• Partner closely with physician practice management, ancillary service and/or value-based care teams to develop business plans and insights, process and productivity improvement, strategies and resource allocations.
• Influence executive-level decision making through financial insights and presentations.
• Support the annual budget and monthly reporting and forecasting processes.
• Work closely with other corporate support functions including RCM, IT, HR, Treasury, Real Estate and Marketing.
• Partner with operations leaders and be the “go to” finance resource for a set of operating units in physician practice management, ancillary services (lab, infusion diagnostic imaging) and/or value-based care.
• Provide finance support to other ad hoc projects
• Manage financial modeling and due diligence for merger and acquisition activities.
• Support the development and regular tracking of Key Performance Indicators across finance and operations.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of experience creating and delivering complex financial analysis and projects at or for fast-paced healthcare companies.
• Collaborative and team-oriented working style.
• Delivering on time, accurate financial analysis, projects and reporting.
• Experience managing communications and projects with cross functional project teams
• Ability to influence with data, communicate verbally and in written or presentation format, including spreadsheet modeling, financial analysis and working with large datasets.
