Trade Strategy & Initiatives This position is responsible for ensuring trade strategy and customer initiatives are in line with unit objectives, are profitable, well organized, and properly executed
This will involve assisting in the development and implementation of annual trade and business strategy as well as trade effectiveness and efficiency plans
You will support the sales team in the development and execution of customer trade and business strategies including measuring their effectiveness
Business Analytics As a Sales & Trade Planning Manager utilizing your resources will be imperative to your success
Through analysis of promotion, spending and volume you will provide direction on opportunities to improve region Profit & Loss key metrics (Gross Sales Volume, Net Sales Volume, and Sales Contribution Margin)
Planning Process This position will lead the trade planning process including the plan guidance, timeline, templates, and tracking
You will support the preparation of the annual trade budget for the Distributor and National Accounts team
Performing annual trade audits of our customers you will identify potential savings opportunities
Business Support Maintaining and updating the periodic forecasts you will work closely with the Sales and Global Business Services (GBS) team to understand drivers of significant variances.
