Responsibilities
This role centers on analyzing and reconciling unposted cash transactions, providing critical financial insights to support accurate reporting and decision-making. With a focus on month-end close processes, the position involves in-depth research and resolution of unposted cash items to maintain financial integrity.
+ Oversee and analyze unposted cash transactions, identifying and resolving cases where cash received is unidentifiable or delayed in posting.
+ Perform thorough reconciliations to ensure cash accuracy, especially during month-end close.
+ Conduct statistical, cost, and financial analysis of internal data to uncover trends and improve reporting.
+ Serve as a consultant to management, offering strategic decision support for initiatives, policies, and financial procedures.
Requirements
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
+ Strong reconciliation experiences is required.
+ Advanced research and analytical skills in financial data analysis.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
