Qualifications
Expert in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 including performance handling, optimization, security, and AJAX.
Should understand code/content separation and have working experience with JSP and JSTL.
Should have JavaScript framework experience
Analysis, wireframe and mockup review, and interaction with user experience and product teams experience.
Responsive design, grids. MVC (front-end), RIA, JSON, HTML 5 & CSS 3 experience
JS framework - should understand how the framework functions and how to extend or modify it
Cross-browser testing and JS debugging
Some sort of testing tool like Firebug, Chrome Developer Tools
