About the Job
REQUIRED SKILLS:
" Strong Rating Experience
" Excellent Domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Commercial Auto Insurance, specific to Rating. Understand how to design and implement new Rating in GW PC Rating Cloud.
" Detailed knowledge of Guidewire applications specifically PolicyCenter and Rating
" Experience in documenting specification for Rating (Rate book, rate table and rate routines).
" Experienced at gathering, defining, and organizing business and functional requirements including acceptance criteria for use by developers and tester to implement and test a functionality
" Ability to lead and facilitate the requirements gathering sessions and work with GW Developers, Testers and Config
Nice to Have:
" Agile Certifications(Scrum / SAFe)
" Experience in implementing cloud solutions
" InsureTech enthusiast
" Passion to keep up to date on P&C best practices and new solutions to support best practices
Technical Skills:
" Guidewire, Edge and REST APIs
" Experience working on Java, DBMS, Cloud, Integrations (Web Services, Message Queues, Service Bus), DevOps, Web/Mobile developments using Angular/React etc.
" Management tools like Confluence, Jira, Rally, Client ALM
" Microsoft Office suite, Visio etc.
