A quick snapshot about the position:
The Senior Consultant, Compensation Services will partner with management to provide expert understanding of selection, performance management, talent management, and succession planning. This position will also be responsible to understand the intricacies of compensation analysis for State, OFCCP, and EEOC proactive and reactive projects. This individual will play an integral role in the delivery of Compensation Services consulting to Berkshire's clients and provide guidance to our in-house consulting and product development teams on the full range of Compensation Service products.
The Sr. Consultant will partner with clients and/or legal counsel to provide services that are privileged, confidential, and highly complex statistical operations and interpretation that matches both best practices in I/O Psychology and the policies and procedures at the client's organization.
Responsibilities/Duties
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop a complete understanding of Berkshire's process and procedures across all divisions.
- Be an internal resource for HR Compensation Services products to Product Development, Sales, AA/EEO, and other Consultants.
- Understanding of statistical operations including regression, cluster analysis, mediating/moderating modeling, and SEM.
- Project management to include developing plans, executing plans, and sharing lessons learned.
- Managing client relationships

1. Experience using SAS, SPSS, R, Python, or other statistical software to do descriptive, inferential, and complex statistical operations.
2. Applying learned concepts to form practical solutions for both clients and internal Berkshire discussions and opportunities
3. Verifiable experience using statistics to help organizations make HR related decisions (Talent Management, Performance Management, Selection, etc.)
Required Education
Master's degree (Ph.D. Preferred) in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related discipline (e.g., Labor Economics, Statistics, Org. Development).

Salary: $75,000 - $112,000 a year
