Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, 401(k) auditing and management, and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role will involve working closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure effective HR operations and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Benefits Administration:
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.
- Conduct regular benefits audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment and other benefits-related events.

401(k) Auditing and Management:
- Oversee the administration and management of the companys 401(k) plan.
- Conduct regular audits of 401(k) contributions, distributions, and compliance.
- Work with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure the plan meets all regulatory requirements.
- Educate employees about 401(k) options and investment strategies.

HR Operations:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Support the performance management process, including employee reviews and development plans.
- Partner with department managers to address HR-related needs and initiatives.

Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Organize and participate in employee recognition programs and events.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee experience.

HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Use data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits administration and 401(k) management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
