- Bachelor’s degree with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or Mathematics preferred emphasis
- 5 - 7 years’ Experience and proven track record in project Management of corporate-wide,
and cross-functional processes and programs. - Demonstrated experience with Workday is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills required.

Job Summary:
- Develops and drives the overall annual equity compensation project plan as well as various special projects or related key plan activities.
- Supports the delivery of equity compensation plan actions on grant and vest activities under our LTIP as well as ESPP Offers .
- Identifies, creates, and drives efficient project timelines for internal team, stakeholders, and vendor facing deliverables.
- Schedules and leads checkpoint calls with internal team and external partners to provide project status updates and to discuss open items. Maintains and organizes project meeting materials such as agenda, minutes and timeline.
- Takes ownership and facilitates resolutions to stakeholder questions/issues using the available internal and external resources.
- Prepares equity compensation data with use of Excel formulas/tools, including but not limited to: data extracts, data formatting, data manipulation and editing to ensure completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with plan requirements and stakeholder expectation.
- Manages multiple plan activities, changing priorities to manage and prioritize project needs.
- Focuses on learning in everyday activities and events.

- Ability to create and manage large project plans and design procedures and process flows. Must be competent with Jira or similar software and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare and review large and complex database files perform data manipulation, V- lookups, Index matching, and pivot tables in excel is required.
