HRIS Manager in our Human Resources department to maintain and oversee the SuccessFactors implementations. This role is expected to have solid understanding in HR operation and translate the methodology into system implementations – ensure the final product is user-friendly by the HR team and business stakeholders. This candidate must have strong program management skills and will be responsible for budgeting hours with our partners and control the schedule to ensure in-timely implementations.This role will report to the head of HR and will be based in the headquarters located in San Jose, CA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Job included but not limited to:Project Management – drive system implementation project, monitor closely on the progress to ensure the project is complete in timely and high-quality fashionAssist and advise team members with report generationPlan new module implementation, coordinate and collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure the projectServe as a trusted advisor – build a strong relationship with internal teams, business stakeholders, and consultants to develop a clear understanding of operational needResponse with high level of agility to address changes based on operational needQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, business administration, human resources or a related field is preferredMinimum 8 years of experience managing SuccessFactors implementationSolid project management skills – proven record of successfully leading system implementation from beginning to completionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to resolve complex issues with high level of ambiguitySuperb soft skills – ability to navigate in a large organization from cold outreach to building professional partnershipEEO StatementSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population
