Bristol Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist. This role involves overseeing comprehensive HR functions, with an emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, and strategic talent acquisition. The Senior HR Generalist will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to enhance the recruitment strategy for regular full-time staff across geographically dispersed locations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through various methods, including outreach, social media, and website engagement, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy and branding for Bristol positions, showcasing the company's culture and benefits.
- Create a recruitment plan targeting key colleges/universities, DoD recruiting sources, and attend relevant events.
- Identify opportunities for BBNC shareholder hire.
- Conduct recruitment, interviews, and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates.
- Ensure accurate entry of new hires into systems, proper documentation, and a streamlined onboarding process.
- Manage drug testing, background checks, and motor vehicle reports for new hires.
- Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing it throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide reports, including new hires onboarding and other relevant metrics, in coordination with the HR Manager.
- File documents into appropriate employee files.
- Process employee eligibility verifications and mail as needed.
- Assist or prepare HR-related correspondence as requested.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with hiring for roles within the Construction, Engineering, and Department of Defense market.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of Human Resources experience supporting customers in multiple sites.
- HRIS experience with UKG.
- PHR/SHRM-CP credential required or ability to obtain within one year.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
