Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary plant-wide resource analyzing, modeling, understanding, and predicting capacity gaps to achieving desired business results both across and within departments
Develop effective plans which bring clarity to potential solutions that close those capacity gaps, and will lead the implementation of those solutions
Interact with the full diverse Davenport Works organization using the complete IE skill set to eliminate waste and drive improvements
Function as the main contact point for all capacity and other Industrial Engineering related matters in the facility
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of experience with Industrial Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
5-10 years industrial engineering experience
Experience utilizing Microsoft Access, Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understanding of systems modeling tools, such as Arena simulation
Knowledge of engineering economics
Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning
Experience with Anaplan or other linear programming tools
