Reporting to the Sr Manager, IT Consumer Commercial Systems, the Senior iQuote Training & Support Specialist will work as part of a team responsible for developing and delivering training content that satisfies the learning needs of the MachONE Foundation iQuote team and all business partners across the global Consumer network, and the continued support through and post the implementation process to successful go live and adoption. This role is critical to the successful delivery of a rapid rollout and adoption of the MachONE Foundation-iQuote system model in an accelerated timeline in support of the wider One WestRock objectives. The role will support the roll-out program by providing end-users and delivery teams training at key project stages. This will involve leveraging multiple technologies in remote and in-person training environments.
Deliver academy style training for the Consumer Organization
Deliver high-quality, detailed training of iQuote to end users, business partners, project team, and members
Support business partners through cutover and go-live activities, hypercare and transition to normal support
Provide first level support for the global network of Consumer Converting plants by monitoring, addressing, and progressing helpdesk support tickets
Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit training materials, operational procedures, and manuals for applications in a manufacturing environment
Track participation in training for each wave of required participants and advise the implementation team accordingly
Implement practice requirements check on learnings, quizzes, and tests to ensure adoption of learnings
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
Author and edit documents to maintain continuity of style and content
Stay connected to the software development life cycle to ensure training materials and documentation are continually updated as new features are added
Assist in evaluation and testing of provided software patches and enhancements
Manage the documentation set and ensure appropriate updates and consistent dissemination of documentation
Monitor usage of various training materials
Work with applications standards team and business process team to create and maintain day in the life checklists
Collect and store the signed off checklists from the implementation teams
Facilitate translation of training materials to required languages
Liaise with Corporate Training Department to ensure documentation meets WestRock standards

Additional Information:
BS/BA; Technical Degree
5+ years' experience working in a training and software implementation position, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
A working knowledge of systems and processes of converting plants
Strong knowledge of ePS Packaging suite/Radius infrastructure and workflows, preferably with an understanding of iQuote standard template (or other similar system experience)
Ability to prioritize with an execution focus
High standard of proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
Demonstrate ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to travel
