Senior IT Project Manager for Large-Scale Cross-Functional Program
Overview:
- 8 to 10 years of experience managing complex cross-platform integration implementation projects
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, including IT, Cyber Security, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, Ops, Product, Sales and Marketing and external vendors to manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Strong collaboration skills, partnering with other Project Managers and overall Program Leads on a regular basis
- Experience with project plans, Key Business Decisions, BRDs, etc. etc.
- Experience managing projects related to any of these platforms is a plus: Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ (configure-price-quote), Oracle CLM (contract lifecycle management) and Oracle financials.
- Plan, execute and deliver large-scale IT projects
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary to ensure minimal impact on project timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication between business units and technical teams to align IT integration goals with business objectives.
- Track and report project progress using standardized project management tools and methodologies; strong MS 365 required
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
