Job Description:
What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables?
Developing and sustaining software quality assurance procedures and controls, facilitating and coordinating test activities during the software application development life cycle. Manage basic to moderate test automation, system analysis, and problem analysis, as well as directly perform complex system and problem analysis associated with application development and test automation functions, and participate in assessments with meeting test criteria, product releases and software deployment readiness. In this role you will make recommendations and architect improvements to test procedures, and assist with the development and implementation of test processes, methods and tools. In this role you will influence the work of other software quality assurance analysts, SDETs, developers, business and systems analysts responsible for software testing of Customer Data Exchange that meet software quality acceptance criteria and production release time frames.

Job Description:
- Designing and developing automated tests for microservices
- Designing and developing integrated tests between components and across domains
- Developing test automation in Java or Scala
- Developing automated tests using or executing on Docker containers
- Utilizing NoSQL like Cassandra in test automation
- Working with a DevOps team
- Experience in a software QA role
- Providing technical design, guidance, and oversight to mixed discipline teams
- Proven experience designing and developing test automation libraries and frameworks
- Proven experience architecting and developing robust test automation
- Experience working in engineering teams using agile methodologies
- Experience testing REST APIs
