Overview

Classic Landscaping + Nursery is seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Construction Crew Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape construction, be fluent in English, and have a proven track record of leading successful projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to read and interpret architectural plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of landscape construction workers in executing various projects
• Make sure the job is carried out safely
• Read and interpret architectural plans to ensure accurate implementation
• Communicate effectively with designers, clients, and team members
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee the installation of hardscapes, plantings, irrigation systems, carpentry and other landscape elements
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• Assistance in keeping precise records of costs and time allocation
• Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Basic Spanish (preferred) 
• 5+ years of experience as a Landscape Construction Crew Leader
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid WA Drivers License and cleared by our insurance company to drive our vehicles
• Excellent communication and crew management skills
• Ability to interact professionally with designers, clients, and team members
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
