About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of success managing a large application portfolio of data center and cloud migrations, and retirements
Each position will align to a CIO portfolio to ensure effective planning and execution in concert with an aligned solution engineer, the CIO team, and related CTO functions.In this role, you will:As a part of the DISP Portfolio Management team, act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership for a specific CIO portfolio to drive planning and performance for application migrations and retirements under the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP)Develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior managementLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutionsProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions to achieve annual migration and retirement goalsLead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plansStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadershipProvide direction to a cross functional team using business expertiseRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Proven ability to manage large application portfolios through data center and cloud migrationsProven ability to effectively communicate complex problems, in writing and verbally, at the executive levelAdvanced problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective long-term solutions to complex problems5+ years of experience leading significant change in a large, complex technology organization of over 20k employeesProven ability to solve highly complex business problems / blockers across a matrixed organization3+ years experience with cloud migrations and/or datacenter movesProven ability to lead through influence in a large matrixed organizationExperience in designing and executing governance programs of large-scale change initiativesHighly organized, self-starter who can operate effectively in a dynamic and complex environmentExperience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Office suiteCloud Certifications of Microsoft AZ-900 or Google Cloud Practitioner (GCP)Job Expectations:Expected to be in office three days a weekAbility to travel up to 10% of the time100% remote work option is not availableThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position
