Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Support learning and change management at the enterprise level
Partner with key HR and Business stakeholders to develop and implement change management and learning plans
Ensure consistency of change management and training approach, implement standard operating processes and drive continuous improvement
Partner with HR and Business leadership resources to consult with and coach project teams
Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
Interprets internal/external business environment
Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives
Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products
May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
5+ years of experience in an HR-related function that includes Change Management, Learning Design and Development and/or Talent Management\
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Change management and or project management certification is preferred but not required
