Job Title: Sr Leave of Absence Administrator
Job Description
- Frontline for answering questions on short-term disability, state paid leaves, and FMLA. - Receive 10-15 tickets a week for employee leave questions. Tickets start with HR Shared Services and if they are not able to answer questions they are then referred to the LOA Administrator. - Work with Aflac team for leave approval. - Work with Payroll team to ensure employees are getting paid correctly. - Collaborate with HRBPs in communicating employee leaves.
Essential Skills
- HR and Leave of Absence experience
- Ability to jump right in to help with leave requests
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Oregon Leave Experience (multi-state is a huge plus)
- FMLA
- State Paid Leaves
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Week(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Portland, Oregon and some days remote.
Work Environment
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Hybrid Work Schedule: In office Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday Because of the short nature of the assignment, there might be flexibility for a more remote role or fewer days in the office. This must be approved upfront.
