Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate reports through multiple sources and databases
- Perform data collection and workflow modeling in support of planning and analysis efforts
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and summarize data and trends
- Provide data analysis updates to management in support of tactical and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with team members on creation and maintenance of reports
- Serve as project leader on internal team initiatives as assigned
- Assist with the development of new reports and technologies such as apps and dashboarding to deliver information
- Interface with the customers on planning activities, trends, and reports
- Support heavy ad-hoc assignments and reports
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Excel – expert level required
- Macros, formulas, charts
- Access – expert level required
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and maintenance of existing databasesLinked tables with ODBC connections,understand AS400 and related elements
- All forms of queries and mapping to tables
- Building stand alone and connected databases
- Power-Bi – Proficient
- Support of data lakes through Azure
- Create and maintain Power-Bi queries for repeatable reports
- Heavy data lifting and dashboarding
- Problem solver and creative thinker mindset
- Coursework in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or 3-5 years' experience in a related area
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
Automotive logistics analyst experience with routing, order management, costing and freight audit & payment is highly desired
