About the Job
This role is probably 60% individual contributor with a heavy focus on running performance management activities, UKG system build outs and needs, project management, and 40% team management, escalations, audit of process, etc (6 direct reports).
Need 7-10 years of experience minimum in progressive leadership roles with this exact scope
Multi-state, multi-site with minimum supporting 3500 employees
