The Senior Manager of Digital Evolution will lead initiatives that drive the digital transformation strategy across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can bridge business goals with technology solutions to accelerate digital adoption, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of emerging technologies, change management, and digital strategy execution.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Technology Enablement: Oversee the integration and implementation of innovative digital tools and platforms that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new revenue streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with key stakeholders across departments (IT, Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience) to foster collaboration and ensure successful execution of digital initiatives.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change by incorporating strategic communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies that promote digital adoption among employees and customers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to track progress, optimize digital solutions, and measure success against KPIs such as customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Project Management Excellence: Lead and manage multiple digital initiatives concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital transformation projects, including technical, operational, and human capital risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital projects and driving technology-driven innovation in complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of emerging digital technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, IoT, cloud computing) and their applications in business.
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience using agile methodologies.
- Expertise in change management, including experience in training and communication strategies for digital adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or related digital transformation frameworks are a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with CSG Billing, CXone/NICE suite of products, Zendesk suite of products, and ServiceNow suite of products.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide, multifaceted projects with budgets in the millions
- Knowledge of change management principles is essential, along with prior experience in customer experience, particularly in customer journey and technology road-mapping
