Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities related items for leases,work with landlords on facility related issues as part of lease terms, and lead office buildouts and renovation projects for multiple facilities.
- Responsible for overseeing security vendors and guards who will conduct routine and scheduled foot patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking lots, and maintain a high degree of visibility at all times.
-Lead all facility operations while ensuring compliance, workforce security, and safety.
- Assess and monitor facility repairs to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Establish procedures and schedules for repair and maintenance.
- Manage facility personnel and outside vendors to ensure all buildings are maintained to standards.
- Manage and plan facility improvement projects; ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and forecasts.
- Plan, develop, and prioritize project work plans while ensuring that materials are ordered, projects are designed and planned, and funds are available.
- Support business continuity planning and response to catastrophic events (e.g. hurricanes, floods, ice storms, tornadoes, earthquakes, etc.).
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-10 years relevant professional experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of education.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
