Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - ADECCO

Adecco is actively recruiting for Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis positions with a local client in Somerset, NJ. In this role, you will serve as the primary finance partner for business development, leading financial modeling and due diligence for potential deals. Creating short- and long-term forecasts and P&L projections, analyzing performance and variance sources. Producing monthly financial reports for management, ensuring alignment with company goals, providing insights for decision-making, while also assisting in dashboards and ad-hoc financial support. Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related finance role, with significant exposure to M&A and business development 

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting 

• Experience with Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, P&L analysis, and sales tracking by product/customer 

• Strong analytical skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights 

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and supply chain 

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems; experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar tools is a plus 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making 

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

   

Shift Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Pay Details: $55.00 per hour
