About the Job
Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Sr Manager Omnichannel - this is an onsite position in Danbury, CT, US.
Responsibilities:
Manage omnichannel projects, provide consultation, configure, analyze data, conduct UAT with business and train for new products. Must have experience working in omnichannel environment – Snowflake and CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Project Management - Interact with client stakeholders across IT and business and third party resources to ensure quality, efficient on-time completion of project
- Business Process Analysis - Analyze and validate omnichannel data. Capture Omnichannel requirements, facilitate solutioning, interface with business etc
- Testing Supporting – Execute training for business and testing teams performing SIT and UAT
- Communication - Communicate status of project with senior associates, managers and client.
- Training – Train business and other stakeholders as needed. Perform other duties as assigned
- Veeva and Snowflake experience is a plus
Requirements
7-10 years of experience
Must have experience working in omnichannel environment
Experience in Data Analytics
Experience working with Pharma Data Sets
Snowflake and CRM knowledge is a plus
