Our product teams are cross-functional and durable,generally comprisedof a product manager, a product designer, several engineers, and QE. We have divided our product teams into Value Streams (i.e., Claims, Billing & Financials, Enrollment, BlueCard, Integration, and Platform). Each Value Stream is mapped to a distinct stakeholder group in payers' organizations with the charter to deliverexceptionalvalue for their stakeholders. As a Sr Manager, Product Design, you will build and lead a dynamic design team that supports all Value Streams, playing a pivotal role in driving healthcare innovation and delivering products that profoundlyimpactour customers' lives and the millions of members they serve. You willbe responsible formentoring and developing a team of talented product designers to ensure successful product delivery and foster continuous improvement. In this role, you will craft a compelling design vision and define detailed product requirements,leveraginguser-centered design principles and methodologies. You will conduct in-depth user research and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our design strategies are aligned with market demands. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to integrate seamless and intuitive design solutions into our products. Additionally, you will advocate for theHealthRulesPayer line of products, ensuring that our design solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations, providing an exceptional user experience and fostering customer satisfaction. **The Product:** WithHealthRulesPayer, our integrated solutions suite includes the industry's leading, digital,next-generationclaims administration processing system, business intelligence, integration capabilities, a unique to industry configuration and promotion application, and home and host processing support available on both public and private clouds. AMaster'sdegree is preferred. + **Experience:** 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. + **Design Expertise:** Proven ability to build and lead high-performing design teams.Expertisein user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research, interaction design, and visual design. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiencyin design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools and techniques. + **Leadership and Management:** Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing designers. Ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. + **Collaboration:** Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, customer success, implementation, commercialization, sales, and marketing teams. + **Vision and Strategy:** Ability to create a high-level design vision and translate it into actionable product requirements.
