Sr. Manager, Program Management - Vuori, Inc

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Manager, Program Management that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! You will be working with Product Management, Program Management and Engineering in delivering outcomes in the Enterprise Solutions (ERP, WMS, EDI) space.

What you'll get to do:

• Develop and execute Enterprise Solutions program strategies, roadmaps, and plans
• Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Manage program budget, resources including direct reports, and vendor relationships
• Oversee system design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Enterprise Solutions
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with business leaders to help identify and prioritize requirements
• Develop and implement change management plans
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and benefits realization

Who you are:

• 8+ years of experience in program management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g. Jira, ADO)
• Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, XP Programming, etc.
• In-depth understanding of Agile principles and how they apply in workplace culture
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills within teams and groups
• Business acumen and understanding of organizational operations
• Experience resolving issues across programs
• ERP system expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred
• Relevant certification in the Scrum/Agile field is preferred

The salary range for this role is $150,000 per year - $170,000 per year.
