About the Job
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee an effective quality management system to continuously identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining adherence to contract driven key performance requirements.
- Develop and deliver quality management and quality assurance training for all employees engaged in quality and performance monitoring.
- Manage internal and external clients' expectations related to quality management and effectively communicate corporate quality standards across the project.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the project program and requirements to ensure contract compliance.
- Monitor all operations and related metrics for conformance with internal, external, contract performance and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all areas of project operations and reports quality issues to project and unit management.
- Schedule, coordinate and report on both internal and external audit functions of the quality management system.
- Schedule and coordinate all the quality and performance monitoring activities of QA staff across the project.
- Aggregate and analyze quality data and suggest methods for improving product and service quality, design and/or business processes.
- Produce the quality assurance and performance reports as required by contract and project operations.
- Provide feedback on requirements and functional specifications.
- Attend project management meetings and conduct shift/team meetings with supervisors.
- Leverage deep understanding of available industry recognized content across the spectrum of our service offerings.
- Make recommendations that align with effective and efficient use of resources to deliver practical solutions.
- Implement and integrate new and existing learning technologies and systems (e.g., ILT, vILT, online learning, Webcasts, authoring tools, Mobile, Social, Video, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strategies for managing and prioritizing the deployment of technology delivered content.
- Provide effective project intake and management with development of project plans including key milestones and deliverables.
- Report and update leadership leveraging tools as appropriate.
- Implement a communication strategy to drive enrollment for courses and programs identified as high priority via MAXU (MAXIMUS University), MAXnet (internal network) and targeted communications.
- Develop, maintain and be an advocate for the Human Resources and CED (Center for Employee Development) strategy.
- Current and future state.
- Enabling the Learning and Development team and its clients to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage day-to-day curriculum management and maintenance activities.
- Serve as a liaison to, and escalation point for, client facing staff on curriculum issues and training needs.
- Keep the CED team apprised of new trends, products, and best practices pertaining to your curriculum area and to the learning industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
