Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retirement planning sector
- Utilize proactive outreach, networking, and client referrals to generate sales
- Stay informed on industry trends to offer clients the best solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch service and client satisfaction
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Minimum 3 years in retirement plan sales, or 5 years in retirement plan sales support
- Series 65/66 or CFP/CFA certifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Strong sales acumen with an outgoing, professional demeanor
- Growth-oriented mindset and a consultative sales approach
