KeyResponsibilities:
Developsand executescomprehensive talent acquisition strategiesto attractand hirethe besttalentin alignmentwithPharmavite’soverall talent strategy.
Directly leadsrecruiting effortsforour Corporateand Commercialfunctions forallourbusinessesprimarily formanagerlevel and above, includingexecutive levelandcomplexrolesas needed:strategicallydetermineposition posting placement, evaluate applicants, conductinterviews,assess candidates' qualifications, and lead offer process.
Drive focused diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives to ensure diverse candidate slates are presented.
Proactively and collaboratively partners with hiring managers and other key business leaders to understand current business strategy and internal talent makeup to define unique recruitment strategies,identifycritical skills/roles, and build talent pipelines for future workforce needs. This role is a trusted advisor to key TA stakeholders including hiring managers, business leaders and HRBPs.
Leads, engages, coaches, and develops team members and setsan example of high-performance standards, mentoring direct reports, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, andobjectives.
Builds andmaintainsa strong employer brand to attracttoptalent. Ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensures recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is compliant with all policies and legislation, in addition to following best practices for applicant tracking,interviewingand hiring.
Remainscurrent with industry trends for assigned job families andappliesthose insights to drive achievement of recruitingand hiringplans, especially for difficult to fill roles.
Measures and reports key team and individual performance metrics to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision making. Utilize data analysis to adjust requisition loads, recruiting strategies, and ensure performance as needed to ensure hiringand diversitygoals areachieved or exceeded.
Identifiesand implementsinnovativesolutionsthat align with evolving business needs to elevate talent acquisitionteam’sperformanceand drive continuous improvement.
Leadsand partnersclosely with theTA Specialistto maximize sourcing effortsand successfully build pipelines ofdiversetalent.Utilizesvarious recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksto promoteour employee value proposition (EVP) and source diverse talent.
Partners with HRBPs, Total Rewards and hiring managers developequitableandattractivejob offers, obtain necessary approvals andfacilitatepresenting offers to candidates.
Develops,enhances, anddrivesinitiativesfocusedonCompany priorities such asDIB (Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiativesand employer brand.
Effectively managesrelationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Performs otherwork-relatedduties as assigned orrequired.
MinimumQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, orotherrelated field.
8+ years of progressive recruitmentand talent sourcingexperience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with aminimum of4years indevelopinghigh performingrecruitment teams.
Demonstratedstrong teammanagement and leadership skills.Has a strongtrack recordfor leading a high-performing team and coaching team members to excel in daily recruiting responsibilities, individual job performance, and development opportunities.
Strong business acumenand analytical mindsetandability to build collaborativepartnerships with hiring managers.
Champions the company externally and embodies employer value proposition with candidatesand other external stakeholders.
Strong ability toidentifyexceptional talentat all levelsof the organization, including executive level positions. Hasa successfultrack recordofattractingand hiringgreat talentthat makes a difference for the business and organization,including executive level hires.
Excellentprojectand prioritymanagementskills including organizingandcompletingprojects to meet established deadlines or milestones.
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and adapts content to suit various levels of audiences and experience formally presenting data clearly and concisely.
Ability to alwayskeepan elevated levelofconfidentialityand professionalismwhen dealing with sensitivematters andinformation.
Experienceapplyingdata analytics to create, measure, and scale talent acquisition efforts to achieve accelerated hiring goals.
Thrivesin a fast-paced, high growthenvironment with strong attention to detailand exceptional organizational skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills and deepunderstanding/experiencewith recruiting/ applicant tracking systemsweb-based applications (preferably Workday,Beamery, etc.).

Annual Pay
Annual Pay Range
$143,603.00 - $215,353.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
