- The primary focus of this position is to drive structural airport performance improvements by leveraging advanced analytics and process structures to identify root cause performance drivers.
What you'll do
- Focus on translating analytics into actionable insights and developing our workforce productivity improvement plans in partnership with Operational leaders.
- Partner extensively with frontline Operational leaders to identify opportunities and drive step-function operational workforce productivity improvement.
- Lead data strategy & reporting functions, including improving the quality, integrity, usability and comprehensiveness of our workforce productivity data in support of analytical work around operational performance.
- Lead business intelligence initiatives, including ownership of metrics for workforce productivity, manpower utilization, etc.
- Utilize statistical methodologies to develop predictive and descriptive business models to ensure efficient and productive workforce performance outcomes within Tech Ops.
- Leverage data analytics tools including SQL, SAS, Python, Databricks, Tableau and Microsoft Power BI to automate internal algorithmic procedures, and develop analytical solutions to facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Analyze key business performance metrics, conduct model forecasting validation, and conduct extraction and analysis of data of multiple internal and external databases.
- Develop and effectively communicate topics related to Operations performance to senior leaders, including Chief Operating Officer on a regular basis.
- Take ownership of performance metrics in corporate documents, including those presented to our Board of
- Directors.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science
- 7 years of experience in a data analytics centric business environment
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Proficiency in database applications and in conceiving programmatic solutions using SQL, SAS, Python, R, and other comparable tools.
- Proficient in Business Intelligence & ETL tools including Informatica, SAS Data Integration Studio, Tableau, Alteryx, and SAS Enterprise Guide.
