Under general direction, the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer performs complex engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks pertaining to the design and development of manufacturing equipment, processes, and tooling. This position follows a determined and rigid engineering practice and applies sound engineering principles to deliver optimal manufacturing solutions in guidance with quality/global standards.

What You Will Do
Under general direction, the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer performs complex engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks pertaining to the design and development of manufacturing equipment, processes, and tooling. Manufacturing Engineering Assignments
- Performs moderately complex manufacturing engineering assignments and applies advanced manufacturing engineering principles and analysis as required.
- Conducts technical investigations. Identifies and prioritizes all engineering aspects of the project. Develops test plans and reviews results with the team.
- Plans, conducts, and coordinates engineering assignments and several pieces of a major project. Develops formal project requests.
- Prepares reports, graphs, planning layouts, and summaries designed to communicate project progress or results.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves routine and non-routine issues. Escalates problems and roadblocks as they occur.
- Provides, integrates, and communicates technical information and manufacturing engineering recommendations
- Provides guidance to less experienced engineers (manufacturing) or technicians
- Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
